Vincent Cordo is one of the industry’s pioneers when it comes to strategic
operations and using quantifiable data for tracking legal matters, performance and costs. He is the Central Legal Operations Officer at Shell, he
has also held strategic client relationship and director roles at several top
50 global law firms, building their operations, AFA, Legal Panel, LPM programs, firm-wide profitability programs, and Legal Process Outsourcing
Centers of excellence. Together with a handful of professionals from other
companies Vincent has helped shape the function of the Legal Operations
Professional. He is a 2019 College of Law Practice Management fellow
inductee, and with his team a winner of the 2017 ACC Value Challenge.
Vincent has been involved in numerous CLOC and other industry wide initiatives, like the Standards Advancement for the Legal Industry (SALI) for
sharing best practices and defining industry standards. He is widely considered one of the thought leaders in his field. Vince Cordo is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt, AGILE Project Management Certified from Rutgers Business School, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, an MBA from The University of Liverpool, and a Master’s from Columbia University.

Lisa Hakanson is a strategy consultant and business analyst with over a decade of experience in the international legal sector. She was an in-house lawyer at one of the world’s leading marine construction companies, with responsibility for high-value multiparty contracts. With strong research and analytical skills, Lisa has been involved in strategic client development and market analysis on the law firm side.
Lisa holds an LL.M. cum laude in international business law. She is a cofounder and partner at TGO Consulting, and a co-author of ‘Death of a Law Firm’.
